Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Softkuka Softwares LTDA, a company based in Porto Alegre, Brazil, handles the personal data collected on the MARI website (usemari.app) and its waitlist. It is short on purpose: we collect little and use it for one thing.

Who is responsible

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we keep:

  • your name;
  • the email address or phone number you give us;
  • your profession;
  • your country;
  • the date and time you signed up, the language of the page and where your visit came from (the address or link that brought you here).

We do not keep the IP address of people who sign up.

To protect the form from automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser when you submit. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To let you know when MARI is ready for your practice, and to understand, in aggregate, which professions and countries are interested. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Your consent, given when you submit the form. Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD) governs how we handle your data; if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights the GDPR gives you, and we will honor them. You can withdraw your consent at any time, no reason needed.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare hosts this website and may store data on servers outside your country, with the safeguards required for international transfers. Only the Softkuka team can access it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the waitlist exists, and for no more than 24 months after you sign up. After that, or sooner if you ask, the data is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Write to [DEFINIR] from the contact you signed up with. We reply within 15 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. People on the waitlist will be told about significant changes.
